Weights | All Wrestlers to be matched on the day in accordance with current BWA guidelines. For age groups U11 and below girls will be paired in the FS category unless there are 3 or more that can be paired using the 10% rule. |

Any person not registered or whose entry has not been received by the closing date will not be allowed to participate. Spectators require an active membership in their name not in their name of a wrestler (Free Fan Membership is acceptable) Spectators £5 Early Bird for Spectators £3 Under 12 free |

Awards | 1st, 2nd and 3rd Place – there will be 2 medal ceremonies

Coaches | All Coaches must hold a valid membership and a valid BWA coaching licence this includes a BWA recognised coaching qualification, signed code of conduct and up to date and uploaded credentials in first aid and safeguarding training and DBS check.
Coaches are required to wear their Coach ID/Wrist Band during the tournament. Any other unqualified person found “cornering” may be removed from the venue. |

Photography | Photographs will be taken at this events. We intend to use these photographs for the sole purpose of promoting Wrestling events and programme. By registering on this event you give full permissions to the organisers |
