4. WhatsApp & Messaging

We use the WhatsApp Business API to communicate with members who message us. Messages are processed by Meta Platforms, Inc. under their WhatsApp Privacy Policy. We store conversation history securely to provide ongoing support.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate our platform (e.g. Supabase for database hosting, Mindbody for class management, Resend for email delivery) under strict data processing agreements.

We retain your data for as long as your membership is active and for up to 3 years after the last interaction, or as required by law.
